The Marx Roadster wind-up vehicles are identified by their lithographed license plates ‘D-6581’ and are technically called the Mechanical Roadster. They have solid rubber wheels and a clockwork spring motor. The Marx Disney Parade Roadsters are covered in colorful lithographed images of various Disney characters. Both versions of this toy share the common clear plastic windshield and steering wheel. These vehicles were first introduced around 1950.
