US Shipping Policy – Uncle Al’s Toys
When a customer places an order for any of our toys, our professionals will ensure to ship the product on the next business day once the order is confirmed. All orders are processed and shipped daily, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The buyer will receive an order confirmation email from Stamps.com, once the order has been shipped to the customer-provided address. Please be sure to watch your spam/junk email for this notification.
Please note that when using our checkout page, USPS shipping choices are shown as Ground, Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail, with ‘bullet’ toggles to the left of each choice. If one bullet is toggled next to a choice that you don’t want, simply click on the bullet next to your shipping choice. For small parts, First Class Mail will also be an available choice.
The buyer must provide a valid shipping address when placing an order at Uncle Al’s Toys. The products or packages that are returned to us due to an invalid address will be reshipped at the customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges. International Shipping Policy – Uncle Al’s Toys
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other regional charges, and are not included in our shipping charge. The buyer must read our shipping and return policy before purchasing or placing an order for toys, replacement parts, or asking for toy restoration services. The packages or orders returned to us due to non-payment of import duties can be re-shipped at the customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.
Kindly note that the international shipping charges, specifically for the countries of the EU, do not include V.A.T. fees and must be paid to your individual country. For our international customers, please contact us at (630) 254-1458 before you make your purchase so we can work out the details of the process for international orders.
We currently offer international shipping for antique and vintage toys worldwide including the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Return / Refund Policy – Uncle Al’s Toys
Due to the nature of antique and vintage toys, we offer no refunds on purchases, no exceptions. The buyer must contact Uncle Al’s Toys in case of cancellations/changes in the order placed within 24 hours. All antique/vintage toy sales are final and confirmed by the buyer.
Toys that are repaired, restored, or custom parts developed are made to order and they are non-refundable. As toys are restored and parts are developed specifically on your order, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase if we have not shipped out an order to you. The products or packages that are returned to us due to an invalid address will be reshipped at the customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.
