Perfect fit replacement rubber parts just like original! The rubber nose cone is cast to fit tightly but in the same contour of the rocket tip. The rubber fin tips just pop in. You may need to poke the old rubber bases out of the way to fit the base of the new tips into the holes. Here we have a new RED replacement jet cone for your Nomura (TN) Japan 3 Stage Rocket. The pins on the original toy cones were very easily broken due to their outside location on the main body of the rocket. This toy REALLY moves when in operation and it's understandable why these fragile parts would break. The installation of these parts is not for the inexperienced individual. There are tiny light bulbs (not included) on very short wires that mount to the back of the cones and great care must be taken when removing the old cones. This is the ONLY source for this toy part and it is a perfect replacement!

A replacement cast metal propeller for the Mastercrafters Sessions Airplane Clock. Cast from a mold created of an original clock part and is a guaranteed fit for your clock. I cast these parts myself. All of the pictures you see here are of the new replacement part, not an original. The metal castings are filed, sanded and lightly polished. I decided not to plate the propeller as they looked quite appropriate in the lightly polished bare metal state. Here we have a Convertible Replacement Windshield for the Marx Dick Tracy squad car. This is a brand-new replacement windshield for the 1950's 20" tin Marx Dick Tracy squad, Marx Army Command and Fire Chief friction drive cars. The windshield is created from a mold taken of an original 6 PIN windshield. This windshield will also fit the 4 PIN vehicles simply by removing the second pins from the ends. The convertible replacement windshield is fitted to a tin vehicle during the curing process for a guaranteed excellent fit!

The Toy Masters Space Survey Jeep friction toy sometimes comes with a tin astronaut driver, but always has a telescope that swings back and forth. A shaft protrudes vertically through the rear of the telescope and the antenna will rotate 360 degrees when mounted atop that shaft. Uncle Al's also fabricates the replacement telescope and cradle assembly for this toy.

A replica cap compartment cover for the 1950's Ideal Atomic Machine Gun. This cap is near perfect and almost a dead ringer for the often missing plug. The fit is tested on my own toy and an original stack of 5 Kilgore Roll Caps (not included) is inserted and then capped. I believe the original cap was a hollow injection molded part and quite flimsy, which is why they're almost always missing. I still resin cast my part but I designed it to be solid with the exterior look of the original. Please ask if you're looking for or need custom parts!

A replacement antenna for the 1960's Sears Exclusive Bandai Area Radiation Tester. Modeled from pictures of an original toy part, the Antenna installs to the toy the just like the original. We have many other parts available for this toy! Sears Exclusive toys are highly sought after and extremely collectible because of their diverse subject matter and outstanding quality. The Area Radiation Tester made its first and only appearance in the 1961 edition of the Sears Christmas Catalog as a Sears Exclusive toy. A truly unique and futuristic toy, the Area Radiation Tester is an action toy. Featuring Bump N Go movement, alternating flashing red and green light pods and an articulated radar arm that rises from the rear of the toy in a cloud of smoke! Operates on two 'D' cell batteries inserted into the bottom of the toy. To commence the action, simply slide the carefully hidden On/Off switch on the rear of the toy. Irwin 'Man From Mars' Replacement Bubble Helmet A two piece bubble helmet for the Irwin 'Man From Mars' wind up toy from the 1950's. The helmet comes in two pieces as shown and installs just as the original. There are 4 alignment pins on one helmet half and 4 corresponding holes on the other half. A small bit of super glue to each pin will secure the helmet to the spaceman. There is a hole in the top of the helmet for the rubber antenna, which is also available here on this site. Many of the original bubbles are missing, cracked and re-glued or have become clouded or crazed from age. My new bubble is guaranteed to be an excellent fit and remain clear for years to come!

A replica hand crank for the 1950's Ideal Atomic Machine Gun. Created from a mold taken of an original toy part, it is stronger than original because I solid cast the square end that fits into the gun. I also solid cast the pin for turning the crank. This is a brand new replacement windshield/convertible top for the 1950's 20" tin Marx Falcon friction drive car. The top comes clear and ready for painting in your favorite color. This new top was created from a mold made from the black top in the pictures. As you can see, it's a perfect fit and the glass is clear. The mounting pins are about 1/4" long. 1950's Yonezawa Japan Atom Jet Racer, 30 " friction space concept car replacement two piece cowl lights, molded from the original parts for a perfect fit and perfect color. A reproduction metal cast canon barrel for the early 1900's Large Marklin battleships. The barrel will fit other battleships, like the Battleship New York and the Columbia. My cast barrels pick up all of the fine details of the original. I individually drill each barrel center to the correct inner diameter and add a tiny breach hole at the rear. The barrel measures 2" long. A barrel comes in a patina condition to reflect the condition of your toy, or it can be patinated as new for completely restored toy boats. I had the pleasure of performing intricate repairs on a Columbia Battleship from the Malcolm Forbes Collection. Other custom parts are available upon request.
