Tin replacement battery box cover for the battery operated Yonezawa Electro Special 21 Racer. These are often missing from the 21 cars. The tooling for this cover was created from an original cover to ensure a perfect, factory fit. The cover is primed and finished in an automotive lacquer that matches the Yonezawa black color and then polished. Just remove from the package and install on your car. 'Candy Vending Machine' battery operated saving bank from Wonderful Toy Company, 1950's. This RARE and highly collectible tin battery op is in excellent WORKING condition. It operates on two 'D' cell batteries. The toy has miscellaneous scratches and scuffs, mostly from the removable top tin cover. Originally designed for use with hard candies or peanuts, I recommend small 3/8 diameter wooden or plastic beads. When the cover is removed, insert the beads into the funnel. When a coin (nickels work best) is inserted into the slot, the inside of the toy lights up, Mr. Vendor cranks his handle and rotates the open top drum. As the drum opening passes under the funnel, a couple bead 'candies' fall into the drum and are dispensed through the chute at the front of the toy and the light goes out. This is an awesomely cool and not often seen toy that will be the highlight of your battery-operated toy collection - sure to please! This toy has a rarity scale number of 9 (10 being rarest) and had a book value of $1200.00 (in mint condition) in 1994. This is an extremely fragile toy. The plastic candy funnel will be removed for shipping and the cavity will be filled with styro peanuts to keep the vendor well supported for travel.

This PLASTIC WING for the 1/10 scale battery operated Asahi Junior Toys Gold Leaf Lotus 49 Ford F-1 race car. The wing was created from a mold taken from an original toy part and is an exact copy of the original, perfect fitting and strong material. Extremely nice and mint in the box is this R-1 Robot 2003 Black Stripe Edition from Rocket USA and made in China. This robot is a large skirted robot that is defined by the black trim pieces that go down each side of the toy. This version is quite a bit harder to find than the subsequent R-1 robots to hit the market, including the 'Rescue Robot'. Very simple battery toy which features Bump n Go action, flashing top light and eyes and clasping hands. R-1 operates on two 'AA' size batteries. This toy comes in its original box with inserts. It was removed for these photographs only.

This is a rare Walt Disney World, Epcot Mission Space X-2 Experimental Exploration Spacecraft battery-operated toy that was only available at the theme park gift shop many years ago, and the toy is no longer produced. There are three buttons on the back of the toy that make sound as well as flashing red LED lights in the engines and leading edges of wings and fins. I tried to capture the colors but they are much more vivid in person. An extremely well-made toy that also features an opening cockpit and retractable rolling landing gear. I have a demonstrator to play with and three in their original boxes for sale. These are highly sought after by space toy collectors and Disneyana collectors alike.

Rocket USA R-1 Robot 2003 in GRAY is made in China. This extremely nice and mint in the box robot is a large skirted robot that is defined by the black trim pieces that go down each side of the toy. Ha Ha Toys recreation of the iconic Linemar Lantern Robot, mint in the box. The lantern robot has lighted eyes and a lighted lantern in his hand. Fill him with the white powder included and he 'puffs' out the powder while he walks and swings his lantern! Beautiful toy in new, unplayed with condition. The box was only opened to photograph the item.

Ha Ha Toys robots are known for having better quality gear systems than newer versions of this toy and are more sought after because of that. Batteries have been installed and the toy was hand tested for function and then promptly returned to the original packaging. Thunder Robot walks across the Earth with his antenna spinning, lighted eyes and raises his gun arms to fire his lasers. He works great and looks even greater when functioning! The brown color, from what I've been told is the most common color and this reissue is quite marvelous!

Another one of my personal favorites is this fabulous TN/Nomura/Baravelli Sonic Car Dodge Charger in 100% original condition and in the original box with insert foam blocks. The Sonic whistle has never been removed from it's plastic bag. Each blow of the whistle commands the car to perform a different function, forward, reverse, left and right and finally for the machine guns to propel out of the roof of the car with bright flashing muzzle fire! Unique and again, a large 15" long by 6" wide and 5" tall. There is slight oxidation on the brightwork trim of the car but overall is just stunning! Operates on 2 'D' cell and 1 9volt battery.
