A reproduction metal cast canon barrel for the early 1900's Large Marklin battleships. The barrel will fit other battleships, like the Battleship New York and the Columbia. My cast barrels pick up all of the fine details of the original. I individually drill each barrel center to the correct inner diameter and add a tiny breach hole at the rear. The barrel measures 2" long. A barrel comes in a patina condition to reflect the condition of your toy, or it can be patinated as new for completely restored toy boats. I had the pleasure of performing intricate repairs on a Columbia Battleship from the Malcolm Forbes Collection. Other custom parts are available upon request.

This is a replacement head for the 1939 Ideal Novelty and Toy Company, Superman composition toy/doll figure. This is the first known Superman toy and they are extremely rare and in high demand. This replacement head was created from a mold made of an original head. This resin cast replacement comes with a metal loop inside, just as original, so that it will accept the spring and metal hook that comprise the flexible joints of the legs. 1970's Tomy Wonderful Waterful Toys Replacement Rubber Cap This listing is for a new replacement rubber cap / plug for the mid 1970's Tomy Waterful Toys. The replacement cap/plug is an exact copy of an original part and is guaranteed to be a perfect fit. The cap fits perfectly and seals nicely as it is a soft rubber. You can also keep one in the spare compartment underneath, just like the toy originally came with. They are available in WHITE color only. Over time, they will change to a cream color just like the original caps. The black plugs shown were test pieces and are for reference and clarification. Not available anywhere else! There is quite a variety of Waterful Toy games, some of which you will find here. Tic Tac Toe, Ring Toss and many more that provide hours of fun. Some people assume the toy requires two rubber plugs because there is one on the bottom. It is a spare and serves no other purpose, but it never hurts to have two!

The REPLACEMENT GEAR COVER for the Asahi Toy, Junior Products Lotus 49 F-1 battery-operated race car. Created from a mold taken of the original toy part, it is guaranteed to be a perfect fit. It is possible for tiny bubbles to appear in the casting, as shown in the pictures. This was my first cast part and more recent casts have been bubble-free. The gear cover can be installed on the two different engine versions of the Lotus toy. Plated engines used on the wing cars have molded bosses to mount the wing. This version utilizes the tiny mounting pins on the clear gear cover. Engines without plating are for the non-wing cars and the clear gear cover is installed with the pins removed as the engine has no holes for the pins to go into. The pins can be easily trimmed off for a flush fit. Both versions require the cover to be glued on and just a drop of super glue to each pin area is sufficient.

A replacement antenna for the 1960's Sears Exclusive Bandai Area Radiation Tester. Modeled from pictures of an original toy part, the Antenna installs to the toy the just like the original. We have many other parts available for this toy! Sears Exclusive toys are highly sought after and extremely collectible because of their diverse subject matter and outstanding quality. The Area Radiation Tester made its first and only appearance in the 1961 edition of the Sears Christmas Catalog as a Sears Exclusive toy. A truly unique and futuristic toy, the Area Radiation Tester is an action toy. Featuring Bump N Go movement, alternating flashing red and green light pods and an articulated radar arm that rises from the rear of the toy in a cloud of smoke! Operates on two 'D' cell batteries inserted into the bottom of the toy. To commence the action, simply slide the carefully hidden On/Off switch on the rear of the toy. The toy automatically comes to a full stop when the rising radar dish pops through the bay doors. Truly an amazing sight to view this toy in operation!

Bandai Area Radiation Tester Replacement LIGHT POD, Left Hand GREEN is now finally available. These light pods were created from molds made of the original toy parts. The brass contacts for the light bulbs are hand made of the same thickness and configuration of the original parts. The same wattage bulbs are installed and colored as original. Ample wire is supplied and will be trimmed to length when you install. It should be noted that the pods are designed to be installed in the same fashion as the original parts. Some skill is required to open the tin pod pylons (not included - you must have the original pylons). The pods are secured to the pylon by brass eyelets with a minimum length of approximately 3/16". Once mounted, the wiring for each pod is trimmed to length and soldered to the pylon electrical mount pins. Be sure to apply electrical tape over the solder connections before reassembling the two pylon halves. The pods are also available as a set for a discounted rate of $250.00.

Battery Box Marx Hootin Hollow Haunted House is a perfect fitting replacement tin part complete with battery contacts. Each battery box is test fit to an original toy rear panel to ensure an exact fitting installation. Just solder your wires and go! The battery contacts are slightly different than the original ONLY in that I have installed the flexible brass contact at both ends rather than the round stationary contact as original. The contact board is also gray vs. the original tan color. *Please note* You will see in one of the gallery pictures that I have installed 3 'D' Cell batteries in the new box. These are Heavy Duty batteries - NOT ALKALINE BATTERIES! Alkaline batteries did not exist at the time the haunted house and many other tin battery toys were made. Slightly dimensionally larger than the heavy duty batteries, it explains why so many vintage toys with either tin OR plastic battery boxes have damaged battery boxes. Always remember, NO ALKALINE BATTERIES IN ANTIQUE/VINTAGE TOYS! Marx Hootin’ Hollow Haunted House first appeared on TV in the mid 1960’s. The commercial features a spooky announcer and two children playing with and truly enjoying the houses many amazing features. The toy boasts a jumping cat, a witch behind the opening front door, a ghost floating in the air behind a lighted window, a scary window shade, a shaking roof with banging shutters, a spooky, eerie sound and a frightening loud whistling noise. All of these features are operated by buttons and 3 ‘D’ cell batteries. This is a replacement WIND UP KEY for the CIJ Alfa P2 Racer , made in France. All dimensions for the replacement were taken from an original key. The brass shaft diameter and the steel winding handle are of the same thickness as the original key. The length is correct and allows winding without interference or binding near the back wheel of the toy. If you look closely at the pictures, I also drilled and inserted a brass locking pin which secures the handle to the shaft, just as original. These can be ordered with black painted steel winding handle or aged patina. Please specify when ordering. These are in stock in both variations shown here. A replica cap compartment cover for the 1950's Ideal Atomic Machine Gun. This cap is near perfect and almost a dead ringer for the often missing plug. The fit is tested on my own toy and an original stack of 5 Kilgore Roll Caps (not included) is inserted and then capped. I believe the original cap was a hollow injection molded part and quite flimsy, which is why they're almost always missing. I still resin cast my part but I designed it to be solid with the exterior look of the original. Please ask if you're looking for or need custom parts!

A replacement brass metal battery holder and lightbulb for the 1960’s Ideal Toys Robert the Robot. The battery holder is a perfect fitting replacement brass part complete with a correct, new bulb. We test fit each battery bar to an original toy robot to ensure an exact fitting installation.
To install, just remove Robert's head and insert the battery into the holder. Install the part into the robot's body cavity and reinstall the head. He is now ready to light up!

Irwin 'Man From Mars' Replacement Bubble Helmet A two piece bubble helmet for the Irwin 'Man From Mars' wind up toy from the 1950's. The helmet comes in two pieces as shown and installs just as the original. There are 4 alignment pins on one helmet half and 4 corresponding holes on the other half. A small bit of super glue to each pin will secure the helmet to the spaceman. There is a hole in the top of the helmet for the rubber antenna, which is also available here on this site. Many of the original bubbles are missing, cracked and re-glued or have become clouded or crazed from age. My new bubble is guaranteed to be an excellent fit and remain clear for years to come!

Irwin Man From Mars Replacement Antenna</p> This is an exact copy of the original Irwin Man From Mars Antenna and is molded in rubber. It will fit the original plastic helmet or our new replacement helmet, also sold here. The antenna should be softened in hot water prior to installing in an original, sealed helmet so as not to crack the plastic from too much stress. Just insert with a slight twisting motion. You could also add a drop of dish soap for lubrication to the antenna base to ease insertion. These parts are in stock and ready to ship.

Lincoln Continental Hood Ornament Antenna Set A reproduction tin and metal hood ornament/antenna combination for the Linemar 1956 Lincoln Continental tin cars. These parts are compatible with all versions of the Linemar Lincoln battery operated friction and remote control. The company liked to ship these parts separately from the toy and as a result, these parts were often lost. I fabricate the reproduction hood ornament exactly as the original with a large tab on the bottom side. This feature allows the hood ornament to insert easily into the slot above the grill. The reproduction antenna is the same as the original diameter of the shaft and fits correctly into the hole in the fender. The car in the picture is for display purposes only and is not for sale. These parts are now made to order. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
