The REPLACEMENT GEAR COVER for the Asahi Toy, Junior Products Lotus 49 F-1 battery-operated race car. Created from a mold taken of the original toy part, it is guaranteed to be a perfect fit. It is possible for tiny bubbles to appear in the casting, as shown in the pictures. This was my first cast part and more recent casts have been bubble-free. The gear cover can be installed on the two different engine versions of the Lotus toy. Plated engines used on the wing cars have molded bosses to mount the wing. This version utilizes the tiny mounting pins on the clear gear cover. Engines without plating are for the non-wing cars and the clear gear cover is installed with the pins removed as the engine has no holes for the pins to go into. The pins can be easily trimmed off for a flush fit. Both versions require the cover to be glued on and just a drop of super glue to each pin area is sufficient.

This tail wheel was cast from a mold created of an original clock part and is a guaranteed fit for your clock. I cast these parts myself. All of the pictures you see here are of the new replacement part, not an original. The metal castings are filed, sanded and lightly polished. I haven't tried plating them yet as they looked quite appropriate in the lightly polished bare metal state. Protect the integrity and value of your clock by reinstalling a REAL METAL replacement tail wheel. This is a brand new replacement windshield/convertible top for the 1950's 20" tin Marx Falcon friction drive car. The top comes clear and ready for painting in your favorite color. This is a replacement WIND UP KEY for the CIJ Alfa P2 Racer , made in France. All dimensions for the replacement were taken from an original key. The brass shaft diameter and the steel winding handle are of the same thickness as the original key. The length is correct and allows winding without interference or binding near the back wheel of the toy. If you look closely at the pictures, I also drilled and inserted a brass locking pin which secures the handle to the shaft, just as original. These can be ordered with black painted steel winding handle or aged patina. Please specify when ordering. These are in stock in both variations shown here. Bandai Area Radiation Tester Replacement LIGHT POD, Left Hand GREEN is now finally available. These light pods were created from molds made of the original toy parts. The brass contacts for the light bulbs are hand made of the same thickness and configuration of the original parts. The same wattage bulbs are installed and colored as original. Ample wire is supplied and will be trimmed to length when you install. It should be noted that the pods are designed to be installed in the same fashion as the original parts. Some skill is required to open the tin pod pylons (not included - you must have the original pylons). The pods are secured to the pylon by brass eyelets with a minimum length of approximately 3/16". Once mounted, the wiring for each pod is trimmed to length and soldered to the pylon electrical mount pins. Be sure to apply electrical tape over the solder connections before reassembling the two pylon halves. The pods are also available as a set for a discounted rate of $250.00.

Perfect fit replacement rubber parts just like original! The rubber nose cone is cast to fit tightly but in the same contour of the rocket tip. The rubber fin tips just pop in. You may need to poke the old rubber bases out of the way to fit the base of the new tips into the holes. Make your XM-12 Moon Rocket a real show stopper again with these great replacement rubber parts. They are made of the same grade material as the original parts and can be installed without taking your toy apart. Also available for this toy are the crystal clear canopy. 'On/Off' ball switch and rocket engine celluloid windows.

Lincoln Continental Hood Ornament Antenna Set A reproduction tin and metal hood ornament/antenna combination for the Linemar 1956 Lincoln Continental tin cars. These parts are compatible with all versions of the Linemar Lincoln battery operated friction and remote control. The company liked to ship these parts separately from the toy and as a result, these parts were often lost. I fabricate the reproduction hood ornament exactly as the original with a large tab on the bottom side. This feature allows the hood ornament to insert easily into the slot above the grill. The reproduction antenna is the same as the original diameter of the shaft and fits correctly into the hole in the fender. The car in the picture is for display purposes only and is not for sale. These parts are now made to order. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
