I purchased this example from the 'Do It Best', Roselle (Illinois) Lumber Company on Irving Park Road in the late 1990's. There is a special vertical Roselle Lumber magnetic business card attached to the front of the trailer. This almost qualifies as a private label toy, never removed from its original packaging. -
Nylint Milwaukee Tools Semi Truck and Trailer new in box, #345-Z. The truck's cab is made out of plastic and pressed steel. The trailer is all pressed steel. The tires are branded Firestone. Nylint Toys produced toy semi-truck toys with Firestone branded tires until a major safety recall of real tires prompted discontinued use. Nylint then replaced the Firestone script with their Nylint brand. Nylint Trucks with the Firestone script are now highly sought after because of the controversy surrounding the brand. Our offering comes from Uncle's private collection and is in mint, boxed condition. #345-Z is the designation for special markets. This truck was sold through Berland's House of Tools in Illinois.

The toy is complete with box inserts. It operates on 2 'D' cell batteries (not included) and features bump n go action. This is a beautiful mint condition toy fresh from my personal collection and is sure to please! The Double Decker Bus is a wonderful example of the standard mode of transportation of the early 20th century. The Double Decker Bus was and still is commonly used for tourism in America as well as Europe. This toy bus has many features such as mystery action, sounding horn and engine sound and funny shaking action as it rolls on its journey. This marvelous toy has never been out of the box and never seen a battery since the factory. As good as these toys get!

Out of stockThis is a brand new exact reproduction of the Pyro X-300 Space Cruiser manufactured by Uncle Al's Toys. A complete original toy was disassembled and molds were made of the individual pieces. As with the original, it features rolling wheels and an astronaut figure. These spaceships can be made in any color combination and more will be available here and on Ebay. The Pyro X-300 Space Cruiser is a beautiful, classic 1950's design that has withstood the test of time in it's popularity. Many different companies across the globe have taken this rocket and added there own design elements. Kleeware and Tudor Rose are two companies that offered this toy in color varieties. T. Cohn offered the rocket with their tin Space Port that would launch the rocket out of the garage and across the floor. Values continue to climb on original toys, making them somewhat unaffordable to new collectors which is why I decided to recreate the toy for those collectors. I will be making other X-300 variations myself with features such as battery operated lighting and friction/sparking drive.

This is a replacement ASTRONAUT PILOT FIGURE that fits in both the Pyro X-300 and X-400 rocket spaceships from the 1950's. The figure has a little button on the bottom that fits into the mounting hole of the toy. It is glued into place as original. You may have to remove old plastic from the mount hole to secure properly. The X-300 require one figure while the X-400 requires two figures.

A Smoky Bear remote-control, battery-operated toy made by SAN Co. (Marusan) of Japan in the 1950s. Smoky has 4 actions. He walks forward while raising and lowering his pipe. The pipe lights up and he exhales smoke from his mouth. The battery box is clean! The body is plush with tin litho parts and accessories. Check out the video of this marvelous toy. As with many American copywritten, iconic names and institutions, Smokey the Bear was not immune from shameless hustle. Marusan got around the legal aspects of this by removing the 'e' from the Smokey name and by labeling the toy's hat with the word 'Pioneer', all the while mimicking the Smokey the Bear full wardrobe, complete with shovel! The ultimate in irony, Smoky Bear has a light up pipe and blows smoke like a chimney!

Replacement Knockoff Spinner for Exclusive Sears Indy 500 Turnpike Racers
Replacement Knockoff Spinner for the Exclusive Sears Indy 500 Turnpike Racers - This listing is for new, white metal reproduction knockoff spinners for the Sears Exclusive battery operated Indianapolis 500 Race Car or the Sears Turnpike Line friction racer and the Sears Indy 500 friction racer. These three toys utilize the same master cast spinner but have different threaded diameters. The battery operated spinner has a smaller diameter hole than the friction cars so PLEASE SPECIFY which spinner you need when you purchase. The white metal castings are a bit softer and the wings are a bit thicker than the originals but as you can see, they look and work great. Holes come drilled and tapped so all you have to do is put them on your cars. Please also note that these are fabricated to mount on original car threaded studs. If someone has broken the original studs and replaced with an aftermarket screw, these will not work. When viewing the pictures, the white Indy 500 car is sporting the new knockoffs. The green Turnpike racer has original cast spinners. Note the larger mounting stud of the Turnpike car. These parts are in stock and ready to go. -
This tail wheel was cast from a mold created of an original clock part and is a guaranteed fit for your clock. I cast these parts myself. All of the pictures you see here are of the new replacement part, not an original. The metal castings are filed, sanded and lightly polished. I haven't tried plating them yet as they looked quite appropriate in the lightly polished bare metal state. This is a beautiful, Smith Miller L Mack Aerial Ladder Fire Truck, ALL 100% Original and in fantastic shape! I acquired this toy from the original owner, who played with this (very little) as a child. The fine detail casting of Smith Miller toys is undeniably some of the early best in existence. The L Mack Fire Truck has a few paint scrapes but retains most of its original shiny red finish. We cleaned and restored this toy very lightly, with no paint touch ups at all. We disassembled and cleaned the ladder assembly, and inspected, lubed, and tested the gear box for function. Sporting the original ladder strings, the ladder fully extends as it should. All gears function as they should, with the exception of the rear tiller wheel that is naturally stationary. This massive toy measures a whopping 36" in length and the ladder extends over 48". It also comes with its original two-piece extension ladder mounted in the trailer. Another impressive early triumph for the Smith Miller Company. As a side note, when this toy was first released to the public in the 1950's, it had a resale value of $50 and was a toy that was considered for wealthier families. This will be an excellent addition to any large diecast or pressed steel truck collection, fire truck collection or as a gift for that collector of fire equipment memorabilia.

This is a beautiful, Smith Miller L Mack Military Materials Truck, ALL 100% Original and in fantastic shape! I acquired this toy from the original owner, who played with this (very little) as a child. The fine detail casting of Smith Miller toys is undeniably some of the early best in existence. The L Mack Military has a few paint scrapes but retains its original flat patina, olive green paint, original canvas and tie down string (NEVER REMOVED!), two large wooden crates and two wooden barrels. I believe it originally came with three barrels. This would be an excellent addition to any large diecast or pressed steel truck collection, or as a gift for that Military or Armed Forces collector of memorabilia.

The Sonsco Ichido Gypsy Fortune Teller is a battery operated toy produced by Ichida, Japan. A coin placed in the coin slot activates the toy. She has several movements, including a fortune card drops from her sleeve. This is an absolutely stunning, original toy. Unfortunately, it doesn't have all of the original cards as there were 10 each for boys and girls. Specifically, there are 3 original boy cards and 2 original girl cards. Gypsy's robes are nearly factory-perfect with the original red lace trim and pearl necklace, and she also has her original red cloth and crystal ball. The gypsy, as shown in the You Tube video, operates perfectly and dispenses the fortune cards in perfect order. In fact, when I found this toy, she sprang to life after a light dusting and a little cleaning of the battery contacts! Probably the nicest I've owned in my 40+ years of collecting! Additionally, if you have an original box. this is the perfect complement to complete your collectible! Zero disappointments here!

This is an excellent reproduction of the KO, Japan Space Whale Ship by the St John Co., Marxu International of China. Space Whale Ship St John Toys Mechanical Wind Up that will open his mouth and tail and fins move during operation along with a 'sparking' action in the rear of the toy. Original versions of this toy sell for hundreds of dollars. There are a few subtle differences to be mindful of when looking at this toy. Original KO Space Whales have blue tinted plastic for the eyes where as the reproduction is clear plastic. Extremely nice job done on the lithography and a great addition to your collection! -
New in original plain box. A 1920s style, polished aluminum ashtray measures about 3.5” x 5.75”. A great collectible most likely made in the Prohibition Era. Selling AS IS since the age is unknown, but assuming during the 1950's. There are many versions of this novelty available in different metals, ceramics and Bakelite. I acquired this particular item from the Pomona, California Hot Rod Swap Meet in the early 1980's.

Texaco Fire Engine Chief Truck Gasoline Vehicle 1960s AMF WEN MAC Made in USA with the original box and original parts. The fire truck was made in the USA in the early 1960's. This toy was a premium purchase that was available at Texaco Gasoline Service Stations and was wildly popular due to its impressive 25" in length. The toy comes with a garden hose attachment. When used in conjunction with the two rubber side mounted hoses and attached at the pump point on the side of the engine, the water cannon on the rear will dispense a spray for realistic play! A very nice condition toy that has never been used with water. The metal is crisp and rust free. This makes for an incredible display piece as it is in very near mint condition with its illustrated accessory bag.

Out of stockThimble-Drome Curtiss Pusher by L.M. Cox. The 1911 vintage style, engine powered airplane is a ready to assemble flying model. Complete with a T-D babe bee engine. The Thimble-Drome Curtiss flying model was only produced for one year, (1960/61) due to its delicate nature and inability to survive smooth landings. The model kits came with a parts re-ordering form that I assume was used extensively by model flyers! One of my favorite all-time kits that is extremely well made and has excellent detail. The pilot figure comes with lead weights that fit inside his legs and acts as the counterbalance to the power of the gas, .029 engine. This kit is becoming exceedingly rare to find in any condition, but this kit offered is 100%original, including the decal sheet. I offer replacement waterslide decals for this model elsewhere on our site.

Another one of my personal favorites is this fabulous TN/Nomura/Baravelli Sonic Car Dodge Charger in 100% original condition and in the original box with insert foam blocks. The Sonic whistle has never been removed from it's plastic bag. Each blow of the whistle commands the car to perform a different function, forward, reverse, left and right and finally for the machine guns to propel out of the roof of the car with bright flashing muzzle fire! Unique and again, a large 15" long by 6" wide and 5" tall. There is slight oxidation on the brightwork trim of the car but overall is just stunning! Operates on 2 'D' cell and 1 9volt battery.

Tommy-Ray Space Gun Replacement Bee Hive Battery Cap - A perfect fitting replacement Bee Hive Battery Cap for the B-W Molded Plastics Company 'Tommy-Ray Space Gun'. The space gun is a battery operated toy featuring a noisy, vibrating ray gun blast with a light up gun tip. The toy operates on two 'D' cell batteries. When batteries are inserted into the back of the gun, a folding brass contact tips up against the negative side of the battery and the Bee Hive Cap secures the brass tightly to the battery. Without the cap, the battery does not maintain contact. Due to the nature of the plastic used in manufacturing this toy, warping of the plastic battery opening often occurs in the absence of the cap. This issue can be remedied by applying medium heat with a heat gun or hair dryer completely around the battery opening, but not TOO much. *Be sure to remove the batteries before attempting this procedure!* Once softened the cap can be used to round the opening once more by manipulating the tabs of the cap into the opening and allowing the warmed plastic to cool, but this process must be done quickly as the plastic cools quickly. Many Tommy-Ray Space Guns no longer work. There is little to no way to service them because of the adhesive and type of plastic used. They are literally fused together and I've yet to successfully separate one to date. With that being said, they are still excellent display toys when complete and REALLY look good with the matching helmet and box.

A perfect fitting replacement Bee Hive Gun Tip for the B-W Molded Plastics Company 'Tommy-Ray Space Gun'. The space gun is a battery operated toy featuring a noisy, vibrating ray gun blast with a light up gun tip. The toy operates on two 'D' cell batteries. The Bee Hive Gun Tip is a removable toy part that provides access to the light bulb in the end of the gun and it slips snugly over the plastic that surrounds the back of the light bulb. Many Tommy-Ray Space Guns no longer work. There is little to no way to service them because of the adhesive and type of plastic used. They are literally fused together and I've yet to successfully separate one to date. With that being said, it is still an excellent display toy when complete and it REALLY looks good with the matching helmet and box.

A new replacement round rubber cap/plug for the mid 1970's Tomy WEE Waterful and Two Player water games. The replacement cap/plug is an exact copy of an original part and is guaranteed to be a perfect fit. The cap fits perfectly and seals nicely as it is a soft rubber. You can also keep one in the spare compartment underneath, just like the toy originally came with. They are available in WHITE color only. Over time, they will change to a cream color just like the original caps.
